the circus takes itself (too?) seriously. enjoy our newest features...

i'm instituting not one, not two, but three new features to the circus (i don't care how many people are reading this thing, i insist on running it like a real source of infotainment).

first, to your right, at the top of the side bar, is my new section -isms(...ish), which will be an area for quotable quotes and colloquialisms, and often, things i didn't think i'd hear when i woke up in the morning, but now have rattling around in my brain. i will add often, and refresh every few quotes so it doesn't get too crowded over there. secondly is a feature i will be callingbrainCandy, which will be shorter posts of, most likely, obscure news (more obscure than the new edition of the magic bullet? perhaps) just because i am a newsie, and i get my kicks from random stories and current events, but they don't always necessitate a full dave's raves style post. lastly, as i have a constant stream of random off the wall thoughts going through my head all day everyday, and most never see the light of day, i am instituting my i'm not saying... i'm just sayin' feature.

hopefully these new, shorter features will help me post something interesting to chew on everyday. and on the subject of everyday, be sure to let me know how you feel about a question of the day feature, which would be an open ended, ridiculous or existential or borderline offensive question that you never thought you would hear when you woke up this morning. there is a poll on the side bar regarding this possible new feature.
